La Roux.

I first peeped her @ Yo Yo's a few weeks back and I can't get enough of her bugged out cocktail of retro synths, her haunting, creepy voice and the arsenal of quality pop songs. The live show is proper, her look is otherworldly/androgynous/futuristic/retro but it works. She's unique right the way through. So get to a gig!

Durrty Goodz has been around from years swaying from good to mediocre to poor. It would appear he has got his shit together and has some decent tracks doing the rounds at the moment. And not an electro track in sight (well if you don't count the pisstake track) - God bless his grime ridden soul!

Dj Earworm - Mashup 2008

Just came across the 'United State of pop' mashup of the billboard top 25 for 2008 by Dj Earworm. A remarkable feat considering the amount of time it must have taken this guy to edit the tracks, acapellas and videos into one of the best mashups of its kind out there.
